How to Quit Coffee

How can I quit coffee?

Why would you want to quit coffee? Why would anyone tell you to quit coffee? Are you being held hostage? Is this a hostage situation? Are you Liam Neeson? Is this a tea thing? Are you having heart palpitations? Is your vision blurry? Can you even read this? No one should quit coffee, what a horrible idea. Ten virgins just lost their wings because of this question. I need to go on a coffee break. This is stressing me out.

My mom had to severely currtail her coffee drinking a few years back because it was screwing with her blood pressure. Those were a tense few weeks. Crossing my fingers I don’t inherit that particular gem from that side of the family, I have no idea what I would do if I had to limit my coffee intake.

Yeah I had to stop for a while too when they tested my BP high, I think it was a fluke though, I went back a few months later without changing anything and it was fine. Guessing white coat syndrome or anxiety. I’d hate to have to curb my coffee intake but tea would probably actually help if anyone really needed to quit. You can find pretty delicious tea with less caffeine than coffee. Or decaf, the devils coffee.

  3. I can’t believe when I visited I had just quit coffee (even though that chai was the best chai of my life), and now I’m back on the coffee train. Interestingly enough, coffee doesn’t hurt my digestion like it did pre-pregnancy, so I’m all about the coffee again now!
